Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how ANH ZORVENA LLC (“ANH ZORVENA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on our website, www.anhzorvena.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. For more information about returns, please see our Returns Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days.

2. Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after the order has been processed. Expedited shipping options (1–2 day) are available at checkout for an additional fee. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated at checkout.

3. PO Box Deliveries

ANH ZORVENA ships to PO Boxes via USPS Priority Mail. Some larger or heavier items may not be eligible for PO Box delivery due to carrier size restrictions. If your order contains such items and a PO Box is provided as the shipping address, we will contact you to provide an alternative physical address. Please ensure your PO Box can accept packages up to 70 lbs.

4. APO/FPO Military Addresses

We proudly support our military customers and ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination. All APO/FPO shipments must comply with USPS military mail guidelines. Certain items containing lithium batteries, aerosols, or flammable materials may be restricted for APO/FPO delivery. We will notify you if any items in your order are affected.

5. Hawaii and Alaska Deliveries

Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional shipping charges and longer transit times. Standard delivery to these states typically takes 7–14 business days. Some oversized or heavy items may not be eligible for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. If surcharges apply, they will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions, if any, do not apply to Hawaii and Alaska unless explicitly stated.

6. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Rates are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options are available at the following rates:

Rates for Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and PO Box deliveries may vary and will be shown at checkout.

7. Shipping Delays Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframes, ANH ZORVENA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, customs processing, federal holidays, pandemics, or other events beyond our control. If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Shipping delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or a refund of shipping charges once the order has been dispatched.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive the confirmation email. Local profiles do not provide online order tracking. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please allow 2 additional business days for the carrier to complete delivery. If the package still has not arrived, contact us within 7 days of the tracking update at [email protected]. We will file a claim with the carrier and, where applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund. ANH ZORVENA is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. We recommend using a secure delivery location.

10. Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be deemed undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package from the carrier. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment. If you choose not to re-ship, we will issue a refund for the product value minus original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. For details on restocking fees, please see our Returns Policy.

11. Changes to Shipping Address or Order

If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the processing stage. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address or contents.
