3. Local Accounts

Registration creates a profile only in this browser. Name, email and a salted password verifier remain on your device. We do not receive or verify your credentials. This convenience feature does not authenticate online orders, sync across devices, or offer password recovery. Clearing site data deletes the profile.

4. Products and Inventory

We strive to display our products accurately on our website, including descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography lighting. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Inventory is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that all listed items are in stock.

5. Pricing and Accuracy

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of checkout are final. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, or incorrect product information. If an order is placed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and notify you. In such cases, any charges already made will be refunded in full. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase, not a completed contract. ANH ZORVENA reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is considered accepted only when we send a shipping confirmation email. We may contact you to verify order details before processing. If we are unable to fulfill an order due to stock unavailability, we will notify you and offer a replacement, backorder, or full refund.

Payment logos are for display only. Online payments are not yet available. Checkout does not place an order, charge a payment method, or send an order confirmation. Do not provide card details.

8. Shipping

Shipping methods, rates, and delivery timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Shipping Policy. ANH ZORVENA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

You and ANH ZORVENA agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted solely on an individual basis. There shall be no class action or consolidated arbitration. Neither party may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
