Warranty Policy

ANH ZORVENA LLC (“ANH ZORVENA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a 1-year limited warranty on all ANH ZORVENA-branded garment care tools and devices sold through www.anhzorvena.com. This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under consumer protection laws. For information about returns, please see our Returns Policy. For refund information, see our Refund Policy.

1. Warranty Coverage

ANH ZORVENA warrants that its branded products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers:

• Fabric shavers and sweater defuzzers (electric and battery-operated)
• Rechargeable lint removers and electric hair removers
• Portable washing devices and electric shoe cleaners
• Motorized shoe cleaning kits with electronic components
• Any other ANH ZORVENA-branded electronic or mechanical product

During the warranty period, ANH ZORVENA will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product at no charge to the customer. If the product is no longer available, we may substitute a comparable product of equal or greater value.

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, abuse, or improper use of the product
• Failure to follow product instructions or care guidelines
• Use with unauthorized accessories or attachments
• Commercial or industrial use (unless explicitly stated)
• Unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair
• Accidents, fire, flood, or other natural disasters
• Damage during shipping (see our Shipping Policy)
• Damage from use with hard water, minerals, or descaling agents not recommended by ANH ZORVENA
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and discoloration
• Battery degradation due to normal use (except for manufacturing defects)
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces

Consumable items such as lint roller refills, adhesive sheets, stain remover solutions, cleaning cloths, detergent pods, and travel detergent bottles are not covered under this warranty. Non-electric items such as folding boards, sweater combs, and manual lint brushes are covered by a separate ninety (90) day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

3. Warranty Claims Process

To file a warranty claim, follow these steps:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within the warranty period with the subject line “Warranty Claim.”
2. Provide the following information: your name, order number, date of purchase, product name, and a detailed description of the defect. Include photos or a short video showing the issue.
3. Our customer service team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days with instructions.
4. If the claim is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the defective product. Pack the item securely with all original accessories if available.
5. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the repair, replacement, or refund within 7 business days.

If the product is found to not be defective or the defect is not covered under warranty, we will return the product to you at our expense and no warranty service will be provided.

4. Remedies and Limitations

ANH ZORVENA's sole obligation under this warranty is, at our option, to repair or replace the defective product, or issue a refund of the purchase price. The following limitations apply:

• Repair: We will repair the product using new or refurbished parts at no cost to you.
• Replacement: If repair is not feasible, we will replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of the same or similar model.
• Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price.
• Warranty period extension: Any repaired or replaced product will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of repair/replacement, whichever is longer.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase from www.anhzorvena.com or an authorized retailer is required. ANH ZORVENA is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of our products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

5. Consumer Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. This warranty is in addition to, and does not diminish, any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws. If any provision of this warranty is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
